Lost my account for age of gods.

I was trying to fix a problem that Loki was causing whenever he did Ragnarok he would crash my game. So I submitted a ticket and was told it was my phone. So after a week or two of continued frustration I decided today to delete the game in hopes it would magically fix the problem. Instead I lost my account an cant get back on it. Can someone please help me I wouldn't really care but I put money into this account.
