I lost everything in my account!!

The game went well yesterday, and I am glad that the hero was 60 level with some good weapons. But today, when I signed in, the hero became a totally fresh man! Level 1 without any coin, and only the weapons given by the system. And all the scenes I played were locked!!!

Is there anything I can do? Or just give up this game?
