The errors of buying credit cards from the Contract Killers 2 Game

Last day I have bought the 100 credit cards for 4.99us$ of the Contract Killer 2 game but it has replied that it's error. So I have bought it twice but it still errors. Finally, I quitted it. But today there is the message from my debit bank that I have to pay for 15us $. I don't understand what happen, please check and fix it.My credit card in game still shows 6 cards.
