travel to cannes

I can't travel to cannes...actually i was turned to neighborhood and i can go nowhere...! What can i do? I lost to much time, my fiancee ist waiting at the valley restaurant, i musst to cannes and i want win the halloween game. I need some help !

I'm having the exact same issue. I'm upset I was on a giid track for this Halloween special and now I'm just stuck in the neighborhood. I can't go anywhere or into any place. But it takes my money when I try to see if I can go somewhere else and haven't refunded it. I'm very upset

I recommend you check with Customer care by filing a ticket. I believe this game is still being updated so if anything broke, they will most likely fix it in the next update.

I was never offered "Cosmos vs. Cosmos" and thus cannot travel to Cannes.

I submitted a ticket to Glu last year and failed to get any answers from their "Customer Care."

Any advice?

I don't want to reset my game and lose all my stars not including all the real money I put into it.

Help is so appreciated.
