Compensate users for programming errors

I have noticed a number of users including myself have been shafted several times because of programmers where progress is not saved and all earned "stuff" is lost - I played DH 2014 and for 6 days lost everything I earned as did a number of other people. Most people are honest and tell you what was lost.
