i want arnie back as my agent

I left Arnie and went to max as my agent. Then I went back to Arnie, he said he'd give me one more chance but then I went back to max. I now wish I would of stayed with arnie but he won't talk to me. Is there any way to have Arnie as my agent at ts point?
