How should i report a major exploit in a game?

I have discovered a major exploit in a game, allowing anyone to get unlimited, unearned glu credits. This doesn't seem very compatible with the freemium business model. It would be quite bad if it became publicly known, so i dont think it would be appropriate to post any details here, but i do think it needs to be fixed. How should i report this?

And please, don't anyone bother asking me how to do it.

    Submit a customer care ticket and let us know the ticket number and we can follow up with you.
