I tried purchasing eternity warriors 3 gems on the 17th of this month, it validated the payment through google but then said purchase failed in game. I checked my bank account, it DID take the $9.99 from my account, but DID NOT give my gems. I made a support ticket that night, the 17th, so why is it that today, the 24th, a full week later, my support ticket is still unresolved and I dont have my gems. This needs to be fixed soonor you have lost a paying customer, this is exactly why I cancelled my VIP membership in the past. FIX THIS ASAP.
