There is a large credit of glu points without my knowledge

Hi as stated before, I'm using an android phone xpreia sp to games. I've played a few glu games last time but deleted them. A few months later I installed a new glu game(robocop) and played for a while only to realise there is -7000 glu points now -6,997 due levelling up
I don't understand why this is happening I have not made any purchase of glu points nor did I try to hack them which I even don't habe a clue to start with
please fix or erase my credits of glu points.
are u guys trying to rob me or what?
