game running slow.

I'm on region 7 but since starting region 5 the game runs in slow motion and its really hard to get anywhere, any idea y it runs like this? I've tryed rebooting and it does help 1 out of 10 times. I've also deleted the game and redownloaded it,but all that did was make me start from region 1 again long to have the problem still there.
