Game glitch

Last night my game's data was reset, and I lost my level 62 character. That's not the issue. The sale for the coins and the free spins I was planning on buying today had over 48 hours when my game was re installed, but now I cannot get the sale back to the game... Can you guys like, relaunch it or something? I was really looking forward to getting those spins lol.
