I have waited over a week and have had no response to my ticket, I notice they arn't addressed unless a topic is made here complaining about it. I spent 99.99 on gem pack 6 and expect to not have to deal with this long of a wait.

I was gonna purchase it twice but with this long of a wait Im not sure I like the idea of giving away 100 bucks and then waiting weeks for a response.

This is ridiculous, glu mobile doesn't care about their customers. Even if you buy their most expensive package of gems they still ignore you. Send the gems or give me my damn money back. Over a week and not a single response to my ticket looks like blatant theivery.
