EW3- did not receive gems.

Hello,

I followed the link and submitted a ticket for this on 2/1. The reference number is 140201-000480. I have not heard anything back on this so I am opening this thread here in hopes that an admin will see it and can get the ticket moved along. I understand there is a backlog but its been a week and since the payment cleared through amazon for amazon coins, and were debited from my amazon account, it should just be a case of updating my game account's gem balance.
