Phone upgrade

Hi all! Noob here who has been playing (& really enjoying) Deerhunter but ran into an issue that I can't find a resolution to in my searches. I upgraded my phone (iPhone4 to iPhone 5S) and lost everything (weapons, levels, points, etc) and can't seem to get them back. I did a complete backup and restore from iTuens for the transition and still have the old phone. Any help...? Thanks!!
