Base Defence Level 10

I've passed Level 10 in Base Defense and I'm supposed to get Bureau Armor. I tried, but I'm confused.
Can someone walk me through the steps?

Is this still an issue for you?

When completing wave 10, you should have the armor available in the Bureau tab of the store. Once it is unlocked, you can view and upgrade it from there.
