No Rare Hunts in 6 or 7

Hi, am playing against my partner seeing who can be in front of the other, currently I am lol, but we noticed he has Rare Hunts in regions 6 & 7 and can collect pieces in No. 2 of the Hidden Region. He is playing on Android and I'm on my iPad. Any suggestions as to why I don't have the rare hunts would be greatly appreciated
