Dear hunter 2014 shooting range/ free shoot

I was thinking what about a shooting range or free shoot mode where u could practice or test out ur weapons at no cost of energy, cash, or coins but get no rewards basically a game mode to mess around on while ur energy replenishes think this would be a cool addition to the game even if the targets where stationary silhouette type target
