Support for EW3

Well, I have decided to post this one here since "no admins have been going online" to support ew3 players. Good example is, one of the threads have been turned into porn site yet no action was taken. Going to our main concern, we are very displeased with the sudden lack of support for ew3 players, I am very sure there are a lot of pending emails coming from players like me and yet no resolution or action has been done, after taking all the money from us this is how you will repay us? Just leave us in the dust, waiting for nothing. Fix EW3 and stop introducing new games if you don't intend to provide them the service they need. This is by far the worst gaming company I have dealt with. Just so you know, your support team i think does not even know how to read that is why it's taking them too long to answer our emails. You have been gaining a lot of profit from EW3 so hire professionals that can understand and read well not some goof***** and dumbfounded jackass.
