rules and tips on playing deer hunter 2014

I've been playing this game for about 6 months off and on I really like it it's one of my favorite games um I just kinda wanted to know if anybody could help me out with maybe tricks or things I can do to get things done like when they say you have to clear or region does that mean you have to clear the contract hunts. if their is a specialty hunts like for the Halloween hunt so that's going on for 6 more days do you have to clear that to have the region cleared
