watching videos and not getting coins

I have been watching videos and not getting the coins after watching icons show up with blurred message aand icon showing L OK R then you cant exit without closing out game this is messed up apparently you want players to stop playing

Mine does this as well. Mostly after I watch the video the game restarts. And I did so many surveys and signed uup for a bunch of stuff but never received the promised credits and dont dare send fyber emails about it because well in my case they ****ed me off even worse and I let them know exactly just how I felt about it........ needless to say Im no longer able to complete the ads..
