1 Month?

This is the second time I will be posting about my concern. I have sent a ticket which is about to be 1 month pending as we speak and yet I have not received any reply from GLU!?!? Last time I posted, an admin replied that they are doing their best to answer all emails since they are being bombarded a lot, thats was 2 weeks ago. Is there support available in this gam? or would you like my CC or itunes store credit details again and again and again just to speed things up? This is really getting annoying.

MY CONCERN: I have accidentally sold my demon prince's soulshards (around 220-240 pcs) in the store since the game was having serious lag issues. I want to have it back.

GAME: Eternity Warriors 3

IGN: OMEGA (using a different font but that's the name listed)

    If you sold something, I believe there isn't a way to get it back. You can try to work with Customer Care, but they will likely tell you the same thing.
