Infared, not working on my Bow

In the isle of Thile, segment, i went to take on the first prize hunt, only to find the Bow Infared wouldn't come on, tried it again, nothing, went and tried my Rifle work fine, not sure what's up. The Bow has 10 seconds of infared setup right now, but i can't advance in that segment.

Any help in either fixing it, or reporting to those that can, would be greatly appreciated. There was no support link in the game
