How long should customer care take to contact a player? Im 6 days waiting for a reply and have gotten nothing. No reply. No help. No in game currency from my subscription. What.exactly is the next step? How long should I wait? How long should they take? U have my proof and ive taken the steps suggested and my currency has yet to post. Anyone at Glu wana take a shot at this one?
