Banned for nothing

I have been banned 23 hours in B&G and can't run the game but i have done nothing!!!

My account is Pacone and i play in android. I haven't ever cheat!!! I got a message of error while finishing the event and using the knives storm of my gladiator. Please solve it because it's a pity for me and my clan team mates...

Same as me was playing event took a heal pot and they say i use hacks Banner for 23 Hours for not hing in the stay so i quit to Play

Update:
After the first ban i've been trying to run the game but the message has changed to a 1 billion hours ban. I would like to know if there will be a solution for all the unfair bans or i have to delete blood&glory from my device...
