blood and glory Immortal million vp award

I have never received the million vp award for any event in this game and I have over 500 hours of game play. I have documented for 3 months and am due awards for 7/27 8/3 8/10 8/24 8/31 9/7 9/14 9/21 9/28 also for evolution/fusion events I have 6 missing there please resolve. thanks.
