lost account racing rivals

I share with the sentiments among many Racers that Racing Rivals is my addiction. About three weeks ago, I lost two account apparently through my own doing. I erased my game and reloaded it and then it was lost. Then I used my backup account and lost it. I have generated several tickets along with pleas to get my accounts reassociated. I have listed the information several times on my game for resolve so I decided to get on this forum as for assistance. Here is my info.

Racer Account on that Account (This will be replaced): Hatesville2
Racer Account you need restored: Death Killa600

Please give assistance for these accounts. It came with severe penalties relative to missed turfs and in contrast I am a consistent purchaser of gems. I'm asking for prompt resolve. However, I know that I'm not the only one with that request.

    I am here for the same purpose I send so much msg and I got no reply from glu I spend so much money am planing on giving up and head over to csr2

    Dello.. it does take time. I've been waiting over three weeks. But learn from my experience, if you add multiple tickets, it only places you farther from the fix. Just be patient , use this site for a moderators help and hopefully you will be back on the game soon.

    Yes, we answer about 400-500 tickets a day for Racing Rivals, however in July we averaged about more than that coming including about 600 a day for the last week. We are behind but working to get through the tickets as quickly as possible. Accounts are never lost so as long as you provide all the information we can assist you in recovering the racer.
