Verlander July 15-17 event Tap sports baseball 2016

I reached out to customer support because I didn't receive Verlander or progress rewards. My team came in first. I sent them all the screenshots and information they requested but they said they can't help me. The event was between July 15th-17th. Can you anyone help me out with this?
