lost racer almost a month ago need help in getting this taken care of

    We do not have any Rivals tickets older than 2 weeks. If you have been waiting a month we didn't receive the ticket, please open one through the game and we will get to it as soon as possible.     I've submitted a new ticket today and thanks for the response but I have submitted more than the original ticket over the course of past month and no response
