Missing Gold

Due to a bug with the game, my account stopped connecting to the servers. I had to reinstall the game which also caused me to lose my progress and bought gold. I was promised by the customer support that I would get back all the gold that I bought, plus enough gold to level back to where I was plus a little bonus.

So I made the new account and submitted a ticket. Finally, after about a MONTH I finally got some gold. Far too little to get back to my position and even less than you would get by spending 50% of what I did on the game. I wrote a new ticket and after about 4 weeks (with 1 reply inbetween) I was promised additional gold.

Now it's been like 3-4 weeks and I still haven't received anything. Ingame support seems dead and this issue has been going on since May!!!! This is ridiculous..

    Oh right, Sage doesn't bother to reply. Only the Kardashian **** gets responded too. Proper Customer Service alright.
