My team was playing but points weren't adding to my club.

My team, vilvo, was playing and putting up points. Then after I switched to my other team and played a while, I went back to vilvo to play. All of a sudden I can see the clubs points, but it showed only me in the club when I knew there were others still in. I was still s prong, but it started my points over, and wasn't adding them to my clubs points. Why is this, and what do I do about it?
