DH2017 Solstice Day event purchased rifle not given.

Hello,I recently tried to purchase the Sun Savior rifle. I clicked 'build' and the legendary event cores and the 10k platinum eagles were removed from my inventory, but then I got a message that something went wrong and to reload the game. I reloaded the game and the parts and $ were still missing but the rifle is not in my inventory anywhere. I've filled out two customer support tickets since it happened several days ago and I have yet to receive any response. I've spent quite a bit of REAL money on gold so I could compete enough to earn the parts I needed. Please point me in the right direction to get this resolved, thank you. DH2017 PC/Win via Gameroom.
