Stardom Hollywood, restore purchases.

I can't seem to figure out how to restore my purchases in Stardom Hollywood, the purchases are in my order history but none of the stars are being added to my game? Could it be because the purchases were made in 2015? I've never had this problem before. Each new device I've gotten has had no problem restoring the purchases, until now.
