Lost all progress HELP!!!

Been playing Cooking Dash for 3 years .98GB of Date has been used by this app on my phone and I had every restaurant open 198 gold left after purchasing the 250 on Thaksgiving.  I was playing on the 24th of November all day until 5pm when the game suddenly took me back to steak tables.  Um  way too much money invested to just let this go.  Help!!! Connecting to Facebook doesn't seem to help at all

    I have been trying to contact Glu for 1 month now, I received no help! My levels went back to zero
