Cooking and Ramsey Dash failed to connect to internet

Both games have a failed to connect to internet screen. I have contacted customer service and received a generic response but I did everything they suggested and still doesn't work!  They also will not respond back after many attempts to contact them. I am noticing numerous other Glu game players are experiencing the same issue. Please fix this from your end because clearly there is a bug!
