Cooking Dash lost progress!! Been 1 month no help

What's going on Glu? Customer Serv deletes all my ticket inquiries, won't respond. Asked for a screen shot when I sent what they asked for, they deleted my ticket. Many ppl experienced same thing, been playing the game for a long time just to lose all levels, money & gold.
