Cooking dash progress

Lost my progress 2 yrs ago and was advised to log in with Facebook. Did it and my iPad was disabled recently. After sorting ipad out, progress back to the 2 yrs point. I was logged in before iPad had problem. Anyone can advise how to log in and avoid losing the progress? Thanks! I won't be playing this again if that happens again, heartbreaking losing all the restaurants!
