VIP gifts

I never received the VIP gift and Customer service is completely ignoring me. Anyone have any luck on getting them to respond and honor the gifts?

    We don't ignore any tickets that come in (except spam or duplicates). You will get an answer if you sent a ticket in.

    Generally the community manager picks you and adds you to his list.
