Bought a box on tap baseball 18 didn’t get the box but gold is gone

I put a ticket in through the tapbaseball 18 app  but have not gotten any response. I bought some gold and when I used it on a box the gold was taken but I got booted from the app. When I logged back in the gold was gone and still no box . This has happened before but I was given the item after making a ticket. This time nothing. Not sure what else I can do.
