Account wrongfully banned

I have invested a good bit of money in the special offers that tapjoy offers in exhange for gold currency. I have been banned from chatting, earning club loyalty, and donating to my club. This has been going on for about a month. When I tried to contact customer care, they claimed that the developers locked me out of the game for reasons they cannot say. I haven’t cheated or done anything to justify this ban.
