My Krew Option has gone.

My game is not working.
I was happily playing it on Saturday and it started saying that i had failed my challenge and got 0 stars, when i hadn't even started it, so i just pressed okay and it carried on coming up so i lost over 6 million followers. I uninstalled and left it for a few days. I've put it back on and now i don't have a Krew option. I've posted some photos so you can see what i mean. The box in the left hand corner has Disappeared? I can't look at my Krew or join a new one.
