Glu, help a brother out and let me know why I've been jailed. At least respond to my ticket. This has come out of nowhere and I am a loyal customer.

Queues are pretty low at the moment and most tickets are getting answered within 24 hours. We generally do not provide details on any ban for any game as that makes it easier for people to work around our detection methods.

I'm don't need any details. I just need reinstatement. I have never done anything but play the game honestly, spend money on everything I have. I don't even own a prime, all star or anything other than just regular players I've leveled up. Please look at my account to verify. I have not missed one day playing since the season started. D475 team name. Grinders 20 club name. Either way be reassured I never done anything wrong that I could possibly think.
