Boxes percentages

I’ve been playing since the day this app was available, also played 16, and 17 and I have never had such horrible luck with these boxes. I have only gotten 5 to 6 players max from free boxes the rest I had to earn myself and I see the same people in my club getting the best players possible every week I don’t see the percentages as being accurate or fair in any way. I understand that you cannot get a player every box opened but I’m worse than 0 for 50 at this point. I’ve talked to customer service they don’t offer any assistance in the matter.
