Legit account wrongfully jailed

My main account VENDE77A was jailed after 9 months playing . after I pulled some good players and I leveled them up  a week half ago , after i spent money on store gold and store offers getting razors and watching x2 vids for gold etc I spent like $200 that weekend upgrading my players and pulled good points and getting into diamond. To getting your system flagging me and jailimg me and customer service being no help. 

Please fix my account and let me have it back I was  pennies away from getting VIP status .
