Immediately following the "Event Royale" today, I tapped the button to claim the reward on the Club screen. The app prompted me to restart and locked me out, displaying a message which reads "This account has been temporarily suspended for violations of the terms of service. It will not be accessible for a period of up to 7 days. You can review our terms of service on the Glu website."
I don't believe this forum is the medium I need to resolve this issue, it seems obvious I'd need to submit a ticket, but I am having difficulty understanding how to submit one without access to the app. Do I need to wait a week before being able to contact support and get this resolved? Or is there a way to submit a ticket when locked out of the app?
