playing walkoff and tried to use video to get batting bonus.  Said no video available, then after I completed the level a video started.  I watched it.  Tried to give me a batting bonus then crashed the game now my account is suspended........super bummed want to finish walk off today.  Can’t contact glu through the game, cause my account is suspended.

how do I fix this?
