Account recovery

Hi. I'm playing KKH and was under the impression that my game was saved via my Facebook account and now I cannot access or recover my game. It's like it doesn't even exist. I was at level 36 and spent actual money playing the game and I'm extremely upset that my game is just gone. I sent a ticket to customer care but I've seen people say it's taken them weeks to get a response and I think that's absolutely ridiculous. I want a resolution and I want it soon or I want all my money back and I will never play a Glu game again.

If I have to start my game over can I at least restore my purchases? I purchases items and was gifted items by a friend that cost money. Like actual money. I want them restored or that money to be reimbursed somehow at the very least.
