Hey glu I love the specialty pick especially in the beginning of the year definitely worth chasing. I remember in 17 were you gave out a prime player or prime only pick when a team finished 1st on the sprint weekend event. With that said I think you should be change your specialty pick during the year. As the year progresses, the 5 star pick becomes less valuable. My suggestion is to change it partway through the year(June,July) when you release primes you make it a prime only pick at the specialty spot  17,50,100 place. Then later on towards when you start releasing legends you increase it to a legend only pick for the 17th, 50th spot and prime only at the 100th spot(Sept.)I think it would give players an incentive and teams to chase these spots.
