How to re-download Tap MLB TSB 18

My ios software corrupted so restored the OS, i tried to look at apple store Tap MLB TSB 18 app but could not download it says is not available the your country or region. So, Can someone please tell me which country i can download. TSB 18 put so much time and built my team thx

@Chacalgo to your App Store hit the little icon where it shows  your account. Go to the purchased section and all your apps you have downloaded will be there. If you played 17 or even 16 on the same iTunes account you can scroll through and find it
