It’s actually a lot more than money ..... you have to spend money be active on the forms follow them on Twitter like them on Facebook and be active in the global chat in the game the more posts and discussions (likes/post reads/comments etc...) the more chance of you becoming a VIP

@CLOVERDALE is right participation on different platforms helps as well. I was just a saying in general spending on anything in the game counts toward the magical # they have set, but you also have to show your self active on their social media.

Real cash is the primary driver as previously mentioned. Everything other activity should help speed that process up.
