Can someone be more helpful than customer service?

TSB19 has not opened for me in almost a week. It gets to 61% and stays there. I have cleared cache, and rebooted phone. I finally decided to uninstall. When I reinstalled, it loaded no problem. However, when I tried to recover my account via my email, it reloaded the game and hung up at 61% again. I did that all over again and requested a password change in case I used the incorrect one. I changed the password and tried to log into my account again. Same thing. The strange part is that I am still receiving notifications from my account telling me about gifts and club vs club matchups and so on. I cannot open that account and have tried everything I can think of. Customer service has been almost worthless to this point. Is there anybody out there with some fresh ideas? Please help......
